Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:method and terms of payment-cashless form of payments, 100% post payment after delivery and completion of installation of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of providing the customer with the originals of properly issued invoices, invoices and acts of the completed works on installation of delivered equipment.
Delivery terms:The cooperation period is 1 year, from June 2019 to June, 2020.
Delivery time of equipment to customer's objects-no more than 20 calendar days from the date of placing the order; Time of equipment installation – on the day of delivery (within 24 hours).
