Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with originals of primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:• The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 01.01.2024 to 12/31/2024, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.
• The equipment is delivered by the Supplier to the Customer's facilities as the relevant orders are received from the Customer. The volume specified in Appendix No. 1.1 is relatively evenly distributed over the entire period of cooperation.
• The delivery time of the equipment to the Customer's facilities is no more than 20 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
• The Supplier is obliged to put a marking on the packaging container that allows immediate and unmistakable identification of the products in accordance with the Customer's order. In the absence of labeling, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the product without the Supplier applying any penalties to it.
