Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post payment after delivery of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates of work performed on the installation of the supplied equipment.
Delivery terms:• Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least until December 2023 (i.e. for at least 1 year).

Comments:
Dear suppliers, please note that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application process.

• Your application on the electronic trading platform must be accompanied by a Participant's Questionnaire (Appendix No. 3), a Counterparty Card (Appendix No. 4), in electronic Excel format (the corresponding sheet is filled in – "legal person" or "physical person", all items are required to be filled in, form correction is not allowed).
• It is also necessary to attach a product passport, a Declaration of compliance with the requirements of TR CU 004 /2011 and TR CU 020/2011 and a completed Appendix No. 7 in excel format. Participants who have not submitted these documents will not be considered for cooperation.


This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations for the customer at the choice of the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
