Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:advance payment of 50%, post-payment of 50% within 14 (fourteen) days after acceptance of the Goods by quantity and quality
Delivery terms:1. The goods are ordered by hotels according to the category (3*,4*,5*), in the amount provided by the budget of each hotel. The total volume of Call for Bids in 2024 is about 100,000 units (32 hotels at the moment)
2. The delivery contract is signed with each hotel (legal entity) separately.
3. The delivery contract template is agreed between the Supplier and the Cosmos Group Management Company and sent to the hotels.
4. The shipping cost of the Goods is calculated separately.
5. The selected supplier/and provide reference samples of the text. products for comparison with those supplied to hotels.
6. The supplier is obliged to work in the Fair Sign IP
7. The supplier guarantees the standard of fabric production/the quality of finished products is at least 24 months.
8. The dimensions in the task may have an error of up to 5%;
9. Price fixing is mandatory for the full year 2024.
10. All changes in the terms of the contract are considered through negotiations with the Management Company.

Comments:
Signal images are provided to the Management Company in strict accordance with the characteristics and design of the finished products.
Signal samples are ordered on the opening day of the tender at the electronic site.
The Bidder of the tender confirms in writing that the order for signal samples has been placed at the production site. Sends a notification to the Initiator's email address:Egrebenevskaya@cosmosgroup.ru .
the deadline for providing samples is no later than March 19, 2024.
