Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payments, 100% post payment after delivery and completion of installation of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates of work performed on the installation of the supplied equipment.
• Prices for EQUIPMENT according to the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) prices must be indicated in US dollars per unit of equipment excluding VAT and include installation commissioning (if necessary), staff training and other necessary and mandatory payments. Payment will be made in Russian RUBLES at the exchange rate on the date of placing the order.

We invite you to take part in the request for proposals in the form of electronic competitive bidding process to choose the supplier(s) of Electric trolleys for the needs of X5 Group facilities (Chizhik Retail Chain) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (Competitive Bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers. The Company is not obliged to choose a winner and has the right to complete the procurement procedure by rejecting all bids received.

• Those.parameters of electric trolleys (Appendix No. 1.4, in Excel format),
• Letter of consent (Appendix No. 5, in the form of a scan with signature and seal).
