Payment terms:Non-cash form of settlements in RUBLES, 100% postpayment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of equipment, acceptance of work (provided that the Customer receives the originals of correctly prepared (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation) primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, acts and etc.))
Delivery terms:Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period up to February 28, 2021, i.e. not less than a year. More information in the tender documentation.
The date of delivery of equipment and the beginning of installation is not later than 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
The maximum installation time for high-altitude storage racks is 30 calendar days.

To the attention of potential suppliers: submitted proposals can be improved more than once before bid closing date.

It is obligatory for the proposal to upload the Participant Form - Appendix No. 3 and the Counterparty Card - Appendix No. 4 (templates in the tender documentation).

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
