Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:• Delivery period (cooperation) – from 02/11/24 to 02/10/25., i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Invitation to participate in the request for proposals
We invite you to take part in the request for proposals in the form of electronic competitive bidding process to choose the supplier(s) of ceramic tiles for the needs of X5 Group facilities (Chizhik Retail Chain) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (a competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers. The Company is not obliged to choose a winner and has the right to complete the procurement procedure by rejecting all bids received. The request can take place in several stages, by requesting additional information from Bidders.
