Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payments, 100% post payment after delivery and completion of installation of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates of work performed on the installation of the supplied equipment.
Delivery terms:The period of cooperation is from August 2023 to July 2024 inclusive.

Comments:
We invite you to take part in the request for proposals in the form of electronic Competitive Bidding Process to choose the supplier(s) of chipboard furniture for the needs of X5 Group facilities (Chizhik Retail Chain) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (Competitive Bidding Process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers. The Company is not obliged to choose a winner and has the right to complete the procurement procedure by rejecting all Bids received.

Absolutely! Send it before the Competitive Bidding Process is completed:
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 2, in Excel format),
• Bidder's questionnaire (Appendix no. 3, in Excel format),
• The volume of furniture supplied in m3 (Appendix 1.2, in Excel format)
by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace and sending by e-mail Aleksandra.Marina@x5.ru
After the end of the Competitive Bidding Process, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the e-mail address: Aleksandra.Marina@x5.ru .
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
