Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 35 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:• The period of supply (cooperation) is from May 2023 to May 2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the end of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.
• The order of deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
