Departure of the Contractor's technical specialist to the Customer's facility to troubleshoot equipment operation within 4 hours around the clock, including holidays and weekends.

Price fixing for 12 months

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
