Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Terms of delivery:
- Delivery of goods according to Bids, unloading at the facility, within the time specified in the bid.
- The cost of delivery, assembly and unloading is included in the price of the goods.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Supplier is obliged to transfer to the Customer: consignment note, invoice, certificate of completed works, UPD.

The cost of delivery, unloading and assembly must be included in the price of the goods.

The procurement procedure can be carried out in several stages.
LLC "Eapteka" reserves the right to divide the Call for Bidding volume between several suppliers.

Period of cooperation: not more than 1 year.

Requirements for technical characteristics:
- Scans of the EAC declaration or other certificates of conformity obtained on the territory of the Russian Federation, indicating the testing laboratories.

Requirements:
1. Readiness to exchange documents through EDI
2. Confirmation of work in the form of the Customer's contract
3. Readiness to fix the price for the entire period of the contract

Warranty service requirements:
- To ensure the warranty period for the use of Equipment in accordance with the type of products supplied, but not less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed, consignment note, invoice, UPD.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
