• Copy of the Statute of the enterprise (or amendments thereto) /1p., main provisions, composition of participants, which body the executive body is elected, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized body capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with registration number of the registering authority);
• Copy of the Creation Solution;
• Copy of the Certificate of State Registration;
• Copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• A document confirming the power of signing a contract/copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then shall be provided, number, information from the Charter, which was in force at the time of election of the executive body (composition of participants, which body the executive body is elected and its term of office); power of attorney;
