Payment terms:• Payment method - non-cash form of payment, payment is made monthly. Payment for the Contractor’s services is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the services provided and the receipt of the invoice by the Customer, based on the Contractor’s account. The deferred payment of funds is not a loan and interest for the period of use of funds is not accrued or paid.

Comments:
We invite you to participate in the request for proposals in the form of electronic tendering for the selection of the supplier (s) for the provision of auxiliary and auxiliary services, as well as cleaning services for the X5 Retail Group (Carousel trading network) objects of the X5 Retail Group company, located in the North-Western branch (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Competition (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.
The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
Request for proposals will be carried out in the form of a request for proposals according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 2). Participation in these tenders is free of charge.

Stage number 1: will be carried out in the form of an open request for proposals according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1). The step to reduce the bid offered by the participant for each lot is NOT specified; initial bidding rates are set; participants are not allowed to submit special offers; participants are allowed to put the same bets on the lot.
Request for proposals will be held from 10/15/2019. until 15:00 on 10/18/2019 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time in accordance with the tendering procedure (Appendix No. 5).
To participate in this stage you need to send:
• acceptance of the terms of the Terms of Reference and Willingness to work according to the contract without changing the terms of the contract (signing a standardized contract form, providing a full package of statutory documents, in the form of an official letter in free form on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by downloading documents on the electronic trading platform ;
• Consent to provide copies of permits, medical books, contracts with employees certified by the original seal of the company a week before entering the facility. (Providing a certified list of personnel is provided with the original seal of the company one week before entering the facility.) Consent to provide in the form of an official letter in free form on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• Information about the geography of the counterparty: the presence of a controlling unit and operating facilities in the service city. • Confirmation of work in full compliance with the tax laws of the Russian Federation. Form of an official letter in free form on the letterhead of the Company in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• Providing certificates for the used chemistry in PDF format
• the rules of the first stage of bidding in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform
• application form, qualification criteria in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• counterparty card in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• costing of works in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;

Proposals of companies that do not contain the entire list of requested documentation will not be accepted for consideration.
A commercial offer must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the tender.
Proposals of participants who have not confirmed the bids placed (by e-mail ole.kalinina@x5.ru) within three hours will not be accepted for consideration. It must match the rates submitted to b2b-center.ru.

The organizer of the request for proposals reserves the right to rebidding. X5 Retail Group reserves the right to recognize one winner of the request for proposals for all lots or several winners of the request for proposals for one or a group of lots for each hypermarket and reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
