Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

It is necessary to provide (attach on the site) the following list of documents:
• A completed questionnaire on the sample of the Buyer;
• Company card, stamped and signed;
• A copy of the company's Charter (or amendments to it)/1st page, the main provisions, the composition of participants, which body the executive body is elected by, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with the registration number of the registering body);
• A copy of the Creation Decision;
• A copy of the Certificate of state registration;
• A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• A document confirming the authority to sign the contract/a copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then information from the Charter that was in effect at the time of the election of the executive body is provided, including information from the Charter that was in effect at the time of the election of the executive body (the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected and its term of office); power of attorney;
• A copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP, with a validity period not later than 1 (one) month from the date of its issuance;

• staffing table;
• accounting (accounting) documentation;
• a certificate from the tax authority on the presence/absence of debt to the budget (original);
• acts of reconciliation with the tax authority (originals).
• documents confirming ownership (lease, purchase and sale agreement, etc.);
• CVM (monthly reporting to the Pension fund of the Russian Federation for employers) for the previous month.
