Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Guarantee - according to the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
3. Consent of the contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)

Other requirements and explanations:
1. When submitting a price offer, the total amount must be reflected. The cost must be final, firm, and include all extras. expenses .
2. production of AETR cards (lot 1) are made by the method of re-pinching with the provision of donor cards with the necessary chip
3. Production of new cards for tachographs (lot 2) are made without providing donor cards and suitable chips


Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
