Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

This procedure is not a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

IMPORTANT
It is necessary to provide (attach on the site) the following list of documents:
• Company card modeled on the Buyer;
• Copy of the Charter of the enterprise (or amendments to it) / 1 page, the main provisions, the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with the registration number of the registering body);
• Copy of Creation Decision;
• Copy of State Registration Certificate;
• Copy of tax registration certificate;
• A document confirming the authority to sign the agreement / a copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then information is also provided from the Charter that was in force at the time of the election of the executive body (composition of participants, by which body the executive body and its term of office are elected);
• Copy of Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / Unified State Register of Enterprises and Entrepreneurship, with a validity period not later than 1 (one) month, from the date of its issue;
• A document confirming the legitimacy of the use of a trademark on a product supplied under this agreement (certificate of registration of a trademark, license agreement registered in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, other documents);
• staffing table;
• reporting (accounting) documentation;
• certificate from the tax authority on the presence / absence of debt to the budget (original);
• reconciliation acts with the tax authority (originals);
• documents confirming ownership.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
