Ranking of bids

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

* - In case of problems with the electronic signature, it is necessary to contact the representative of the B2B-Center Supplier Relations Department.

It is necessary to provide (attach on site) the following list of documents:
• Company card modeled on the Buyer;
• A copy of the Charter of the enterprise (or amendments to it) / 1 page, the main provisions, the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (negotiable, with the registration number of the registering body);
• Copy of Creation Decision;
• Copy of State Registration Certificate;
• Copy of tax registration certificate;
• A document confirming the authority to sign an agreement / a copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then information is also provided from the Charter that was in force at the time of the election of the executive body (composition of participants, by which body the executive body and its term of office are elected);
• Copy of Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / Unified State Register of Enterprises and Entrepreneurship, valid for no later than 1 (one) month from the date of its issue
• A document confirming the legitimacy of using a trademark on a product supplied under this agreement (certificate of registration of a trademark, a license agreement registered in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, other documents);
• staffing table;
• reporting (accounting) documentation;
• certificate from the tax authority on the presence / absence of debt to the budget (original);
• reconciliations with the tax authority (originals).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
