Ranking of bids

Absolutely! having uploaded the documents to the E-Marketplaces, send them by e-mail during the procurement procedure e.morgunova@x5.ru the following documents:
- counterparty card (Appendix No. 4);
- Bidder's questionnaire (appendix no. 3);
each Bidder of the request for proposals must be accredited (see the “accreditation” file).
After the end of the procurement procedure, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the e-mail address: e.morgunova@x5.ru .



This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
