Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Candidates over the age of 20 who have Russian citizenship.
Rendering of services strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Candidates must have a higher education, the necessary professional skills and competencies, depending on the position.
Candidates have no criminal record. Finalist candidates are checked by the Security Service before receiving a job offer (offer).
Depending on the vacancy, candidates must be ready to undergo a psychophysiological examination (polygraph).
Contractual Counterparty candidates must permanently reside in the territory of the Russian Federation and be ready for an office/hybrid format of work in the Customer's office.
The customer does not consider the remote format of work for top managers of the CEO-1, CEO-2, CEO-3 levels.
Exceptions are agreed with the General Director of the Library on an individual basis.

Personnel quality requirements:
- Lack of criminal records of the specialists involved;
- All specialists of the Bidder Company must have sufficient qualifications, professional training, and have the necessary work skills in accordance with the requirements for the vacancy/position;
- Availability of professional certificates, diplomas, etc. documents confirming professional qualifications and skills.

Requirements for the Contractual counterparty:
The presence of a contractual counterparty in the labor market for at least 5 years;
Having your own database of candidates in order to avoid competing with the Customer on search sites (posting vacancies in open sources);
Expertise in the selection of different categories of personnel in the pharmaceutical industry, IT, e-commerce, commerce, marketing, logistics, human resources management, finance, analytics.
Experience in recruiting staff for pharmaceutical networks will be an advantage.
Legal entities registered on the territory of the Russian Federation;
The Bidder company has no arrears in taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the budget, as well as to counterparties;
All specialists of the Bidder Company must have sufficient qualifications, professional training, and possess the necessary professional skills.
To start cooperation, it will also be necessary to provide the following set of documents:
Copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
Copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority (TIN);
Copy of the charter;
Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or its notarized copy;
Confirmation of the authority of a person to sign a contract/agreement (decision (protocol) on the appointment of an executive body authorized to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney; power of attorney);
A certificate from the Federal Tax Service on the absence of debt, dated no later than 10 days before the date of submission.

Requirements for technical characteristics:
- Age of candidates from 20 years, citizens of the Russian Federation;
- Relevant work experience in the professional field, depending on the vacancy.

Warranty requirements:
- In case of dismissal of a registered employee from a Contractual Counterparty (Applicant) (on its own initiative or on the initiative of the Customer) during the warranty replacement period, the ContractualCounterparty undertakes to carry out at least 3 replacements of Applicants without payment from the Customer, provided that the Customer informs the Contractor about the dismissal of the Applicant within 3 (three) days from the date of dismissal with the provision of the relevant organization order and justification of the decision. The warranty replacement period is suspended for the duration of the search and selection of a replacement for the Applicant.

Requirements for warranty and post-warranty service:
Warranty replacement period – the period of continuous employment of the Applicant in the Customer's organization, which is at least 3 (three) calendar months. At the same time, the warranty replacement period does not include periods of temporary disability and other periods when the Applicant did not fulfill his work duties. The Customer has the right to unilaterally extend the warranty replacement period to 6 (six) calendar months for Applicants accepted for positions specified in part 5 of Article 70 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Additional information:
The willingness of candidates to undergo a polygraph (individually, depending on the position and profile of the activity; mandatory conditions for candidates in the Department of indirect Call for Bidding and Commercial unit (for senior positions);
We do not consider the remote format of work for items of the CEO-1 level.
