Ranking of bids

The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (a competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.
The procurement procedure is carried out in the form of a request for commercial proposals in accordance with the Bid Specification (Appendix No. 1)



1. Requirements for Bidders of the procurement procedure
Absolutely! After uploading the documents to the E-Marketplaces, send them to Alexander by e-mail during the procurement procedure.Karetnikov@x5.ru the following documents:
- Bidder questionnaire (Appendix No. 3);
After the end of the procurement procedure, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the e-mail address: Alexander.Karetnikov@x5.ru
• At least 1 year of experience in the market in the relevant field;
• The Buyer has the material, technical and other necessary resources to fulfill the obligations under the Contract;
• Absence of unfulfilled obligations to third parties;
• Absence of criminal cases initiated and unsealed convictions against managers;
• To conclude an agreement with the Customer, the Company will need to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
 a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 3) in electronic Excel format (the corresponding sheet is filled in – "legal entity" or "physical person. person", all items are required to be filled in, form correction is not allowed);
 power of attorney (if any) for a person entitled to conclude and sign a Contract on behalf of the Company;
 licenses, certificates, certificates for the implementation of this type of activity.
