1. The period of cooperation is 6 months from the date of approval of the contractor by the tender committee.
2. The planned amount of equipment repair is indicated approximately. The actual volume for each model can change both up and down, depending on the need.
3. The Bidder must indicate the Lot Prices in accordance with market prices/tariffs.
4. The decision on the repair of each piece of equipment and specific services is made by the customer after the diagnosis, the list of works / services can be adjusted by the Customer's decision. (Be sure to get acquainted - The scheme of interaction for the repair of equipment)
5. The distribution of equipment for repair between Bidders in the proportion of 60% / 40% is determined by the customer.
Please note that edits to these documents are not accepted.
No more than two out of five territories (Center, Northwest, South, Urals, Volga, Siberia) are transferred to the winners of the announced procedures for choosing a contractor for the repair of printing equipment.
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
