Attach the KTO RC Elabuga equipment specification on the electronic trading platform (Appendix 2) in Excel scan format with signature and seal; the participant’s questionnaire (Appendix 3) and the counterparty’s card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel format.

Within an hour after the end of the bidding process, you will need to upload a commercial offer to the ETP with a seal and signature confirming your final bid.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
