Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:Personnel requirements:
- Warehouse operations are performed by qualified contractors, aged from 18 to 45 years, who have Russian citizenship.
- Provision of services strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Performers must have a neat appearance.

Regardless of the number of personnel provided, the Contractual counterparty provides the full name of the senior performer/foreman through whom the other performers will be trained. All communication regarding work processes, organizational arrangements, etc., will take place centrally, through 1 senior executive/foreman appointed by the Contractual Counterparty. The senior performer/foreman performs the same functionality as the other performers.

Personnel quality requirements:
- Lack of criminal records of the involved specialists;
- The personnel provided by the outsourcing company must be qualified and have warehouse work experience, in a similar position for at least 6 months;
- Work with federal networks in the territory of the Russian Federation with experience in attracting employees of a similar position for at least 6 months;
- The Bidder company must have a specialized expertise in the provision of warehouse personnel;
- All specialists of the Bidder Company must have sufficient qualifications, professional training, and have the necessary work skills in accordance with their role at the facility;
- All specialists of the Bidder Company must arrive at the facility and leave the facility in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed schedule, have with them a passport, documents regulating labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation, a medical book and be neatly dressed in uniform;
- On the territory of the Facility, all specialists of the Bidder Company are required to comply with labor protection and fire safety requirements;
- All specialists of the Bidder Company must correctly and politely treat the personnel who work at the Customer's facilities;
- Provision of services, according to the bid;
- Providing the performers of the Bidder Company with specialized clothing. All performers must be officially registered as self-employed. Responsibility for providing employees with workwear for the contractual counterparty.

Warranty requirements:
- The Bidder company guarantees to ensure the work of the required number of specialists to perform and control the services provided at the Customer's facilities in accordance with the submitted Bids;
- The Bidder company is obliged to withdraw performers based on the bid generated within 2 business days. Also, it is desirable to be able to urgently withdraw performers from 5 to 10 people onetime in case of production need;
- In cases of absenteeism of the required number of specialists, the Bidder Company guarantees to provide a replacement;
- In case of absenteeism of Contractual Counterparty employees according to the bid generated, the ContractualCounterparty is obliged to provide a replacement within 5 working days from the date of the shortage;
- The required number of specialists involved to provide all services for the facilities is determined by the Customer.

The procurement procedure can be carried out in several stages.
LLC "Eapteka" reserves the right to divide the Call for Bidding volume between several suppliers.

Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year.
