1. Requirements for participants in the procurement procedure
• Together with the application on the electronic trading platform, it is mandatory to attach the Participant's Questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the Counterparty's Card (Appendix No. 4) in electronic Excel format (the corresponding sheet is filled in – "legal person" or "physical person", all items are required to be filled in, form correction is not allowed), also the completed Application Nos. 7 and 8.
• Readiness to work on electronic document management (EDI) is a prerequisite.
• Availability of own production of products or confirmed status of the manufacturer's dealer/distributor.
• Availability of warehouse space, in the regions where X5 branches are present (Appendix No. 2 to the procurement documentation) the possibility of organizing and maintaining a permanent inventory of equipment and spare parts for Customer orders in the amount of at least 1 unit for each division in their warehouses
• The Seller is obliged to create a permanent minimum reserve of equipment in the amount of 2 pcs, spare parts and consumables for maintenance within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant Specification under the supply contract.
• The warranty period is at least 36 months.
• Availability of a well-developed service for maintenance and repair in all regions of X5 Retail Group's presence
• Repair and maintenance of equipment must be carried out at the request of the customer, without loss of the warranty period.
• As part of the delivery and installation of equipment, it is mandatory to train the Customer's technical personnel to repair frequently recurring malfunctions of this equipment.
• Companies that have taken part in electronic auctions within three days after the auction must provide a complete list of spare parts with prices for the equipment models they offer to be included in the tariffier. It is also possible to attach a list of spare parts with prices to your application for an ETP.
• The equipment must be new, not used, free from the rights of third parties.
• The Company has no tax claims, legal proceedings with customers regarding non-deliveries, deliveries of substandard equipment or violations of contractual obligations on the part of the participant.
• Services must be provided strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
• The Customer provides the companies participating in the procurement procedure with a model supply contract for familiarization and making a decision on the readiness to sign, the signing of which in the proposed version is mandatory for cooperation (the contract is contained in Annexes No. 5, 5.1 and 6 to this Invitation).
