Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of a duly executed consignment note by the responsible person of the Buyer. (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:Direct delivery to the facility by the Supplier is expected. The cost of delivery should also include the cost of unloading the equipment and bringing it to the facility to the installation site.
Free delivery to the facilities will be considered a competitive advantage.

Priority is given to Call for Bidding in rubles, at the same time, the tender provides:
* The ability to submit bids in various currencies;
Alternative bids (possibility to submit several proposals for an item/lots in different currencies).
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation must fix the price offer for the main bid in rubles, alternative Commercial Proposals can be submitted in foreign currency.
Proposals of Residents of the Russian Federation only in foreign currency will be withdrawn from consideration.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Price fixing until 10/31/2023

Other requirements and explanations:
Models corresponding to the terms of reference are considered. Completed technical specifications and documentation according to the terms of reference must be attached to the proposal. We are ready to consider all alternatives in accordance with the technical task.
Models with a built-in compressor will have an advantage. Models without a compressor or offers without delivery and installation are not considered.

Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
