Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payments, 100% post payment after delivery and completion of installation of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates of work performed on the installation of the supplied equipment.

-register m3 of one product (Appendix No. 4)
After the end of the procurement procedure, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the e-mail address: Alexander.Karetnikov@x5.ru
• At least 1 year of experience in the market in the relevant field;
• The Buyer has the material, technical and other necessary resources to fulfill the obligations under the Contract;
• Absence of unfulfilled obligations to third parties;
• Absence of criminal cases initiated and unsealed convictions against managers;
• To conclude an agreement with the Customer, the Company will need to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
 a completed counterparty card (Appendix No. 3) in electronic Excel format (the corresponding sheet is filled in – "legal entity" or "physical person. person", all items are required to be filled in, form correction is not allowed);
 power of attorney (if any) for a person entitled to conclude and sign a Contract on behalf of the Company;
 licenses, certificates, certificates for the implementation of this type of activity.
