Important! For residents of the Russian Federation, the price offer for the main application must be fixed in rubles, alternative KP can be submitted in foreign currency.

Mandatory conditions for KA:

KA's agreement with the terms of payment - 100 % postponement of 60 calendar days

The consent of the CA to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) without any edits on the part of the CA

KA's consent to fix the price until 31.12.2023

The consent of the SPACECRAFT to prolong the demand +/- 30% of the volume according to the specification

The consent of the CA to fix the price when dividing the total purchase volume by tender between the CA

Other requirements and explanations:
1)It is necessary to attach the TX of the equipment.
2) The provision of test samples of wheel supports, to verify compliance with the requirements, is mandatory.
3) The engraving of the wheel support marking is mandatory.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
