Ranking of bids

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to select the supplier.
The method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payments, 100% postpaid, within 35 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (provided the Supplier provided the Customer with the originals correctly issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD).
Supply (collaboration) period - July 31, 2019 to July 31, 2020, i.e. at least 1 year
