Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• The Supplier is responsible for the quality of the delivered products in the following amount: in case of detection of violation of the product quality requirements set out in the delivery contract, the Supplier undertakes to pay the Customer a fine of 100% of the value of the products delivered with violations within 10 (ten) working days from the date of sending the relevant Customer's request.
Delivery terms:• Delivery period (cooperation) – from 05/01/24 to 30.04.25., i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Invitation to participate in the request for proposals
We invite you to take part in the request for proposals in the form of electronic competitive bidding process to choose the supplier(s) of lighting products for the needs of X5 Group facilities (Chizhik Retail Chain) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (Competitive Bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers. The Company is not obliged to choose a winner and has the right to complete the procurement procedure by rejecting all bids received. The request can take place in several stages, by requesting additional information from Bidders.
