This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.

List of documents for participation in the tender

I. General set of documents:
1. Contractual Counterparty application form (Appendix No. 1) (certified with seal and signature);
2. Organization/individual entrepreneur card (stamped and signed);
3. Charter (all pages);
4. The decision on the establishment of the organization – only at the initial conclusion of the contract with the counterparty (CONTRACTUAL counterparty) and /or in case of changes;
5. The decision (protocol) on the appointment and/or extension of the powers of the General Director, management company, etc. – current as of the date of the agreement;
6. The decision (protocol) on the appointment and/or extension of the powers of the Chief Accountant – current as of the date of the contract;
7. Power of attorney (if the contract is signed by a proxy representative);
8. Copy of the certificate of state registration;
9. Copy of the tax registration certificate;
10. A copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/ USRIP (for sole proprietors), with a validity period not later than 1 (one) month, from the date of its issuance;

II. Resources:
11. lease agreement or certificate of ownership for office, shop, warehouse, production (if there are several objects, contracts are provided for all objects);
12. Staffing table.

III. Tax reporting:
13. income tax declarations or USN declarations for the previous year and as of the last reporting date, with a note, BUT on acceptance;
14. VAT declarations for the last 4 sq.m, with a note, BUT about acceptance;
15. RSV (for the last 3 months);
16. Report Personalized information about individuals (for the last 3 months);
17. Accounting statements for the last 3 (three) reporting periods with IFNS stamp or receipt of IFNS admission (in electronic form view);
18. The book of purchases and the book of sales (in Excel format) for the last four quarters preceding the date of verification;

IV. Documents under the service agreement
19. local act on the procedure for sending personnel to the facility;
20. standard employment contract with staff;
21. contracts for similar services for the last two calendar years;
22. If the contractor will provide services with the involvement of CO-EXECUTORS in addition (to the documents under paragraph 1 and paragraph 2.), the following documents are also provided:
23. List of co-executors with TIN indicating the type of services provided. Must be issued on the form of the executor, have the signature of the director and the seal of the organization;
24. contract with each co-executor + reconciliation report to the contracts;
V. Other documents:
25. Documents disclosing the beneficiaries and affiliates of the counterparty;
26. Accreditation of a private employment agency (CHAZ) (if available);
27. The completed contract (Appendix No. 3), if not, then attach a protocol of disagreement.

For IP:
28. instead of clause 1.2. - passport of an individual (for IP);
29. instead of income tax returns - personal income tax returns (the last two tax periods), USN (the last two tax periods).
