Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the work, subject to the provision to the Customer of originals, properly executed (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation) primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, certificates, etc.).
Delivery terms:The delivery of the Goods must be carried out for a period of no more than 30 calendar days after the approval of the order. Please indicate the delivery dates in the Commercial Proposal form.

Comments:
It is necessary to provide sample packages: 450 pcs. within 3 working days after the request from the customer, at the expense of the supplier. A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in the currency of the competitive bidding process excluding VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the Bidder must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the E-Marketplace B2B:
• Appendix No. 1 – Commercial Proposal form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – Contractual Counterparty card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the offer collection procedure reserve the right to rebidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
