Comments:
Participants must complete and upload all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as proof of compliance [05 SoC.xlsx].

Questions in phase 1 of the procedure will be accepted by 13:00 (UTC) on September 15, 2021. (Questions can be sent to konkurs@x5.ru or posted on the site under "Explanations"). All substantive questions on the procurement procedure must be written by Participants.

The criterion for evaluating and selecting the Winner is the best bid for each individual item in the specification (according to the completed KP form submitted in a separate file [06 Form kp.xlsx]


Applications are accepted in accordance with the current regulations of the B2B-CENTER System.

The request for prices and offers is not a bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Group is not obliged to select a Winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all submitted applications.
