Comments: 1. This request for proposals has been sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the request for proposals, which (like the ongoing tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The offer must fully comply with the requirements / criteria set forth in the Terms of Reference for the supply.
3. Without providing all the documents indicated in the Request (or if they are unacceptable), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Replacement of equipment is possible only subject to agreement with the Customer before the end of the acceptance of applications.
