Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% postpaid in tech. 30 days after the completion of the project. Attach an estimate. The price should include manufacturing, installation and approval services. Provide a draft contract
EDS is not required to participate in the procedure
Delivery terms:1. Warranty for signs - 3 years, warranty for fasteners - for the entire life of the sign
2. All dimensions are preliminary. Measurements will be needed
3. Installation of all structures 14 work. days from the receipt of the order
4. Facade structures must be registered with the architecture of the city
Volumes may change during operation.
