Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 30 days after the completion of the project. Attach an estimate. The cost should include manufacturing, installation, and approval services.
No EDS is required to participate in the procedure
Delivery terms:1. Warranty on signage - 3 years, warranty on fasteners - for the entire service life of the signage
2. All sizes are preliminary. You will need measurements
3.Installation of all structures 14 rab. days from the date of receipt of the order
4. The structures on the facade must be registered in the architecture of the city
5. The deadline for submitting an application to the KGA is strictly within 7 days after sending the layout

The procurement organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants in the procurement procedure or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
