Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Fixing prices for 1 year from the date of signing the contract
EDS is not required to participate in the procedure
Delivery terms:Lead time 2-7 calendar days
Unit price = for 1 leaflet in the corresponding circulation
ETP price must include delivery to the destination
The price in the commercial proposal should consist of printing and delivery to the destination

Comments:
The organizer of the procurement has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the procurement procedure or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
