Procedure for the procedure.
1. The Stage of the Procedure will be held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. Stage of the Procedure - closed collection of commercial proposals, negotiations with companies selected based on the results of Stage 1. The timing will be announced by an additional newsletter by e-mail.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.

It is necessary to provide:
1. Signed commercial proposal (provided on the letterhead of the organization in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Appendix No. 3);
2. A completed participant's questionnaire (provided on the company's letterhead in the following formats: WORD and PDF with the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Appendix No. 4);
3. Scanned copy of the OGRN certificate;
4. VAT declarations (scanned sheet with a mark of acceptance) 2019, 2020;
5. P / n for payment of VAT for 2019, 2020;
6. Staffing table with the signature and seal of the Organization;
7. Letters of recommendation, stamped with the seal of at least 2 large Customers;
8. Provide a methodology for calculating pricing for 1 m2 "summer", "winter".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
