Comments:
The lot is considered in its entirety. The TAP must be provided on a letterhead with the signature and seal of the head. The TCH must specify the terms of payment with a delay of 60k.d. from the date of delivery, and also that the cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. The form of a model contract is attached to the documentation package. By submitting your offer, you agree to the terms of the contract and undertake to sign it in this form in case of victory. Changes in the form of the contract are allowed only by the Customer when making changes to the standard form of the contract within the Organization. For further conclusion of the contract, registration and placement of a complete set of documents on the SMBC portal is required (link in the document about the necessary documents). Registration and placement of documents are mandatory. The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
