PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the selection of a supplier for the provision of road cargo transportation services in the Southern region for a period of 1 year.
Served cities and adjacent territories (region, krai, republic): Rostov-on-Don, Astrakhan, Sochi, Krasnodar, Nalchik, Makhachkala, Volgograd, Stavropol, Elista, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Nazran, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Bryansk, Orel, Tambov.
To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must provide the following completed documents (documentation package):
1. Documents for participation (Participant's questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word; Participant's compliance with the requirements of the procurement event in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word).
2. Financial analysis (Completed template in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature and seal); Scanned copies of the balance sheet for 2018, 2019, 2020, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority; Scanned copies of the profit and loss statement for 2018, 2019, 2020, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority).
3. Qualification requirements (CT) (A completed file in Excel format; A completed and signed scan in PDF format; Supporting documents in accordance with the points of the qualification requirements).
4. Auction card (A completed file in Excel format).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ZM4@rnd.beeline.ru no later than 12: 00 on July 19, 2021 (in the subject of the letter, specify "The name of the participant / Competition of road transportation")
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
