you are invited to participate in the request for proposals for the selection of the contractor to provide BTL services for TCF Carousel "company X 5 Retail Group (hereinafter" customer ").

By the request for proposals is not a Competition (tendering form) provided art. 447-449 CC of the RF. By Competition is a request for proposal (solicitation of offer).

The procedure and conditions of participation

Request for proposals will take the form of electronic auctions (online auction) according to application-specific specifications (annex 1) in conformity with the technical specifications.

Participation in this procedure is gratuitous.

Request for proposals will be held from 11.05.2018 to 17:00 17.05.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time.

Requirement for participation is attaching on b2b-center.ru or on e-mail address Failya.Bashkurova@x5.ru; CEN-TK. DD. H@x5.ru a final proposal on the outcome of the request for proposals (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization): prices for each lot in rubles without VAT 18%.

Party in filing rates must attach:
ü regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization (annex No. 2) downloading documents for ETP;
ü questionnaire-qualification requirements (annex No. 3) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü card counterparty (annex No. 4) in electronic format, Excel by downloading an electronic documents;
ü a letter of consent with the technical specifications and willingness to sign a standard form contract (free-form on the letterhead of the Organization) by downloading the documents for ETP;
ü scan signed NDI;
ü scan signed the Treaty on the non-disclosure of information constituting commercial secret;
ü scanned letters of confirmation of participation.
After the completion of the RFP, which provided participants with a full set of documents will be forwarded to the brief.
Adjustment of the forms of solicitation documents (adding/deleting rows, change language) Participants are not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to conduct peretorzhki.

Please note! In the event of the discovery of missing documents, filed a proposal will not be accepted for consideration!

Documents are provided in the following form: scans documents in pdf format, file name, date (date should reflect the day of signing the (registration) of the document). One file must contain one document!
