4. Technical requirements for Notification Forms (valid formats):
- Form #3 required in Excel (editable) and scanned version with signature and print to PDF;
- Forms #1, #2, #4, #5, #6 are mandatory scanned versions signed and printed in PDF.

5. Requests for proposals may be submitted by companies that have submitted requests based on the composition of documents and information in accordance with the requirements of clause 2 "Notice of Request for Proposals".

6. This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
