Payment terms:Prices are specified in RUSSIAN rubles without VAT.

Order of payment: 100% post-payment, deferred payment-30 calendar days on the basis of the consignment notes signed by both Parties, as well as the provision of the Supplier to the Buyer duly designed in accordance with the requirements of the law Russian Federation of Invoices/UPD, and if the documents are provided in different terms-the last missing document.
Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier.
The day of payment is the date of debiting money from the correspondent account of the Buyer's bank.

The validity of tariffs is fixed for 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.


Penalties
In Case of infringement of the term of goods transfer the Buyer has the right to demand payment of penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the total value of goods for each day of delay, but not more than 10% of the total value of goods under the contract.
In case of failure to submit, untimely submission, submission of incorrectly issued invoice/UPD, the Buyer has the right to demand from the Supplier the payment of the penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the total value of goods excluding VAT for each Document for each day of delay.
Delivery terms:Place of performance of partner's obligations-UT X5 Retail Group.
Term of performance of partner's obligations taking into account distance from Supplier's warehouse to UT:
• Up to 500 km-5 calendar days.
• From 501 km to 1 000 km-10 calendar days.
• From 1 001 km-14 calendar days.

Comments:
Participant up to 18:00 H (Msk) "28" March 2019 should fill and download all the documents listed in paragraph 6 RFP, namely:
1. Full name of the company, organizational and legal form, place and date of registration, legal and postal address, full bank details, contact telephones, e-mail address and other [01 counterparty Card. xlsx].
2. Scan-copy of the letter with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization with consent to the basic conditions of the request for prices and offers [02 Consent to participate. docx].
3. Confirmation form [04 Qualifying requirements. xlsx] in Excel format and scanned copy with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization, as well as supporting documents requested in this form.
4. Commercial offer-in the form of a file [05 Form KP. xlsx] in Excel format and scanned copy with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization.

Participants are required to submit proposals for all positions in the selected lot (s) according to the file [05 Form KP. xlsx]
