Коммерческое предложение (Приложение №1) должно быть заполнено по форме Заказчика и добавлено отдельным файлом в формате Excel, а также сканированная копия подписанного и отпечатанного оригинала, в котором указаны требования к Участникам закупки, условия Поставки и условия Оплаты.
