Payment terms:Prices in the request for commercial proposals, according to the Application Specification (Appendix 1 to this Invitation), must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement for each item in the lot, excluding VAT, but taking into account other taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the Supplier (products, loading and unloading, travel expenses, etc.) for the fulfillment of orders Customer.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Method of payment — non-cash form of payment;
The date of execution by the Customer of its obligations for payment of services is the date of write-off of funds from the current account of the Customer.
Payment:
100% postpayment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the commodity and administrative documents.
In case of making a claim against the Supplier on the quality of the unsewn goods and/or the delivery date of the goods, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the delivered goods, but not more than for the amount of the claim Customer.
Delivery terms:Requirement for Members: send to the Customer samples of items Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 40 — 57, manufactured in exact accordance with the technical requirements of the Customer no later than September 20 2019 Samples are not refundable.
