Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
Dear suppliers,
1. Tender prerequisite is to fix the price until April 30, 2022.
2. A valid accreditation of the FSK GC is a prerequisite for the tender.
Accreditation of new counterparties (for those companies that have not previously been accredited to FSK Group) and companies whose accreditation is neating/expired, it is necessary upload the documents at https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify them by email of the upload to KomarovaVD@fsk.ru up to 13.10.2021.
3. Proposed products must conform to the manufacturer's label. Have quality certificates and passports (upon request).
4. The applicant has the right to grant a TAP only for the positions to which he wishes to bid (not necessarily all positions, but preferably).
5. Analogues can only be considered if the product is withdrawn from production (confirm with an official letter from the factory). In the KP, when selecting an analogue, specify a link to the proposed item with technical information or attach a file with technical information when submitting a proposal.
6. Prices in the tender include VAT and shipping subject to deferred payment.
7. If there is no delivery contract with the consignee and if you do not agree to sign the attached FSC contract form, it is necessary to enter your Disagreement Protocol when filing a commercial suggestions.
8. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GK FSK LLC at Site B2B are based on a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system by the Winner of the Request offers becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the performance of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of the request suggestions. (B2B-Center System Regulations, Chapter 8, Clause 8.10.1)
9. The tender will be conducted in 2 stages:
- Collection of commercial offers from 08.10.2021 to 14.10.2021
- Online bidding among companies accredited in FSK Group. Information on the dates will be provided further.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
