Comments: Please note that there are several lots in the request for commercial proposals.
A participant can apply for participation in one, several or all lots.
Participants must submit proposals for all positions in the selected lots according to the file [04_Forma КП.xlsx ].
The planned volume given in [04_FORM КП.xlsx ] can be changed both up and down.
Prices in the request for commercial proposals according to the Request-specification ([04_FORM КП.xlsx ] to this invitation) must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement for the corresponding lots, not including VAT.
To participate, you must fill out and attach to your application by 18:30 Moscow time on March 18, 2022 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [03_qualification requirements.xlsx].
All documents must contain the name of the document.
Attention! Participants who have not sent a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as participants who do not meet at least one of the criteria given in Appendix [03 Qualification Requirements.xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in the further selection.
Questions within the procedure are accepted until 17:00 (Moscow time) 17.03.2022 (questions can be sent through the "B2B-Center" system (www.b2b-center.ru), and also send by e-mail Konkurs@x5.ru ).
This procedure is a request for information, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
