Payment terms:The prices in the request for commercial proposals, according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Invitation), must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement for each item in the lot, excluding VAT, but taking into account Delivery and others for this type goods taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the Supplier (products, loading and unloading, travel expenses, etc.) to fulfill customer orders.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Payment method - non-cash form of payment;
The date on which the Customer fulfills its obligations to pay for services shall be considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account.
Payment:
100% postpayment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the administrative documents.
In the event of a claim to the Supplier regarding the quality of the goods and / or the delivery time of the goods, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the delivered goods, but not more than the amount of the Customer’s claim.
Delivery terms:Address delivery to customer’s hypermarkets.

To the attention of potential suppliers: submitted proposals can be improved more than once before bid closing date.

The current request for proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the option of the Supplier.
