Instructions for submitting proposals:
the "Price List" file contains information on the necessary services: tab 1 - promoters, tab 2 - festive opening and tab 3 - BA newsletter. The participant makes an offer for !!!everyone!!! the service in those tabs and by those lots that it can perform and in which regions.Then the average price for services and for the lot is automatically calculated in the tab – average value

When choosing a supplier, the cost for each service in the tabs and lots will be taken into account, the average value is necessary for the possibility of entering data on the ETP after filling in the tabs for services and lots. I also ask you to pay attention that there are additional services in the description of the necessary services, it is also necessary to put prices on them, but they do not fall into the general calculation, this is a list of not periodic, but possibly required services.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the completed "Price" file.

General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.
What to upload to the ETP
1. Certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price List", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the "Price List" file, in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
4. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these points will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)
5. The Charter
6. Order on the right of signature of the Director of documentation
7.Counterparty verification Questionnaire
Documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.
For information, the Buyer's contract form, an additional agreement on EDI and an additional agreement on tax clauses are posted on the ETP
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
