Comments:
1.Based on the attached terms of reference and the requirements set out in this Bid Notice, it is necessary that the Bidders carry out the work:
- Execution of construction and installation works at the construction site;
- Work on the construction site with the fulfillment of all the requirements of OT and TB, PB;
- The Bidder must provide for all necessary expenses related to the performance of these types of work in his commercial offer.

2. Licensed suppliers are considered who have the necessary and sufficient amount of material and technical resources in strict accordance with the terms of reference;

3. We ask you to ask any questions that arise through the Requests for Clarification tab. To do this, we also ask you to leave your request in the "Explanations" section with your contact details;

4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an agreement may be terminated and the supplier blacklisted with the prevention of similar competitive bidding processes in the future.;

5. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
