Payment terms:Calculation for the reporting period (calendar month) upon the provision of services within 30 days from the date of invoicing. The cost of the Contractor's services consists of the total cost of the food provided to the Customer's employees. The total cost is calculated using personalized accounting, by means of electronic cards.

Dear suppliers!
Please carefully read the requirements prescribed in the terms of reference and place your offer taking into account the guaranteed maximum cost in each category of dishes. The offer must specify the "ceiling" of prices in each category, taking into account the most expensive dish, the rest of the dishes in the category must be guaranteed to be cheaper. In the form of submitting a commercial offer (Appendix No. 1), please enter the entire list of dishes offered with prices.

You can repeatedly change your offer.

Filling in and uploading documents is mandatory:
1.Appendix No. 1 - Form and submission of KP, in excel and PDF format with company seal and signature;
2. Company details on the form in an editable format

Basic requirements for the submission of prices:
1. Payment term - 100% post-payment of 30 k. d. for the reporting period.;
2. All related services and costs are included in the cost of meals;
3. In the commercial offer, it is mandatory to fill in the dishes and their prices;
4. Compliance with all requirements of the terms of reference.
5. Provision of catering services in full compliance with the Federal Law "On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population", the Rules for the provision of catering services, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 15.08.1997 No. 1036., the regulation on state sanitary and epidemiological rationing, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 24.07.2000 No. 554.
